Hiya blogg~ (I am so bored right now that I actually turn to my blog to 'fess up anything in my head)

Usually I write anything significant and less here, no matter how trivial the subject is. But for the past few months (I think) I didn't write anything. Yeah, the exams were coming during that time but those things didn't really affect my ability to blog.

So what is (or are) the reason(s)?

First, I got social commitments to make (boarding house was sure really, really fun).

Second, I was on evasive mode.

Evading from what?

Until now the idea of 'evasion' is still vague to me.

So two years had passed. And they sure went by very quickly. If I were to re-read my previous posts, various memories would surface up - although most of them would be referring to her. Ah, such punishing memories~ :P

But then, in the end, I'm the only one who can make my own memories (although sometimes I wished to forget everything and start anew). I remembered what I had put as a status on FB:

"I jumped off the ledge, only to find myself hanging on a higher platform. :P
The gap between the ledge and the platform isn't that far from each other."

What does that mean?

Happy 20th birthday to me, and a very normal day to celebrate as no one has realised that today is my birthday. Such a sad day... :P

It's midnight...
And I am lying on sofa in the living room, covered by thin blanket.
I don't have my own bed :P Well... What do you expect from a family living in a small rented house? Hah.
Things may be like this until mid-next year.
What I want to convey is some people do not know what kind of life I'm living - I'm just your average person, with a father that has just finished serving the state's army, a mother who is a dedicated housewife, and siblings who are still studying.

And I'm very happy with the way we are right now; I couldn't ask for more. I really appreciate and thankful for everything so far, every experience counts.
... I can't think straight now.
I feel something very heavy is placed upon my shoulders. Being the eldest child of the family, I know that it is up to me to handle all of my family's responsibilities when my father does not have the strength to do so. Somehow, right now, I kinda get a glimpse of what my father feels of taking care of the family.

Hola my blogg~ And welcome back to Brunei, myself.

Yeah, I'm back from Singapore.
The trip was kinda okay - nothing more, nothing less; although I would love to come back.. As a tourist. :P

Back in my head, I always asked myself before the trip: Will the trip make or break the situation?
The answer: Total confusion. It's either that I'm an idiot or she gave mixed signals. But then any answers lead to one thing: frustration.

Therefore, to simplify and shorten the long story, I will decide that I have to move on. I have to let go the feelings I have hold onto for over a year. I will not think about it anymore. I have to focus to other things - ones that matter most to me, my near-future life.

So, the time of uncertainty is over. Farewell, these unrequited feelings of mine. Farewell, to the rose that I admired the most. I will still admire you, because of your fine demeanor, and nothing more than that.

I learned a valuable lesson: don't get your expectation high, or you will hurt yourself.

It's the high time I should do some writings here. Let's start with my AS Level result.

Bee triple see...
B - Maths. Planning to retake C2.
C - Physics. Planning to retake Unit 1.
C - Psychology. No retaking, aiming to get a B as a whole.
C - Geography. ... Let's just say that this is very unexpected. Unexpected indeed... :3

Overall, the results aren't up to my expectations but they still do the job. Cheers to me.

As I am writing now, I have less than a week to prepare for the new school year. I hope that this coming term will be packed with action, adventure, romance, horror, comedy, thriller, mystery, sci-fi, et cetera, et cetera.
Other things to consider is the guitar. Not my current one, but an electric guitar I want to buy from Izzat. Around B$300+, which is cheap especially when an amp is included in the pack.

Hiya to those reading my blog- if there is really anyone reading this.

Blogging to me is just 'something' to let out my thoughts overtime. Sometimes I get this weird feeling that somebody might be stalking me through blog. Anyway, it's not like someone is trying to kill me though.

I've got runny nose currently. :p Hahah.

And my love interest is dying out right now. Why? 'Cause I haven't seen her since the exam.
I am not-that-oh-so confused, as I'm interested in two women- but, the impact of the absence of the first love prospect is greater than the second one.
But then, unluckily those are just feelings - nothing less, nothing more. I mean, who would wanna choose a guy with negative height difference like me? And different backgrounds, too?

Nope, it's not that I'm not confident - it's like trying to defy the rigid structure of Bruneians' mind of social acceptance. If I'm in another country, I would confess to the person I like already.

I just don't want to say 'Valentine'. Hah. Next week I want to focus on myself, not on her. Heck, I even try to forget her.

The muscle in my right arm still hurts from tennis. I was trying to learn topspin serve last week, but what I got from there was a slice serve. Yes, a solid but not powerful slice serve. Gotta use that as my second serve.

Anyway, back to tennis, I want to improve my backhand slice return technique which I discovered last week too - one that can put heavy sidespin on the ball regardless what kind of shot I play. So far I can do it with drop shot only.

Dear blogg,

For this whole week, starting from last Monday until now, a lot of depressing items bombarded me. I kinda forgot what actually really happened, but there was one moment that told me to change who I am.
However, to change oneself is not easy. I tried to get myself break out of my shell, and it was (and still is) very daunting and mentally challenging - at least I saw a tiny bit of progress, and that keep me composed for a while. :)

Reality: This world is cruel, but fair. It is a fate to be able to meet her, but then she seems to be a punishment for me.

We are quite the opposite of each other, physically. I'm not sure about mentally, though. (Western and Eastern collide, wow...)

Here I am, sitting on my bed, thinking about her as I type. I don't want to go wishy-washy here (no 'jiwang' please...), I just wanted to tell this for my own sake. Who knows, whether my feelings change, just like the past. Whether my feeling of love is something that just passes by my eyes.

It has been long since I last write anything here. Ramadhan is greeted at this time of year, so happy fasting to you all.

Since I'll be leaving MD for JIS, below is a short fictitious story of my last day at MD. Enjoy.

Tomorrow was the last day for him. He dropped his head on the wooden desk, and was thinking.
'The transition period is crucial for me to meet her...'
He then closed his eyes and prayed for his wish to come true.

The next day, during the transition period between lessons...

She was about to go upstairs, when somebody - her classmate for the next lesson - called her name from above. "Yes?"
The male halted for a brief second, as if to tell her something necessary, but then he let out a smile and said few words very calmly to her, and went away after that.

She stopped momentarily, trying to digest those words, but she shook her head and continued to her class. As soon as she was settled in the class, she was looking for 'that' classmate, thinking if he was joking about what he had said to her earlier.

The teacher then came into the class. "So there is one less pupil here," he said.
The class raised an eyebrow.
He then pointed out to the empty chair in front of him. "He's leaving."

At that instant, those same few words replayed back in her head. She did not know what to do.

"I like you."

A pair of black gleaming spheres. The flowing crimson hair. The radiating cream skin. A sense of elegance and beauty, with a streak of childish cuteness. She was two years younger than him - his pledged junior. "Um, my sensei..." she muttered, trying to give the answer to him.

"What's with your sensei?" he raised an eyebrow.

"My sensei..." Kagura then put up a haunted face and emitted some kind of shady aura - in a comical way. "She... Won't let... Us out until... We finished five-pages essay in one hour..." She dropped her head on Fai's shoulder, fully exhausted.

The male smiled. "Come on, I'll walk you home. Your father might be waiting," he said, gently pushed her from behind with his arm that was still around her shoulders. She sighed and went with his flow.

"Kagura, look up," he told her. "It's this time of the year."
She looked up. Thousands of crystal white flakes glided down from the grey sky.

"White... Snow... It's so pure," she gazed at the serene view. "I wonder if my Ka-san was of these adjectives before."

The evening was getting colder. Frosty wind swept the prestige site of the Black Range Institution, sending those shivering chills to anyone who was outside at the moment.

"Achoo!" a male sneezed due to the change in temperature. He then tightened his black uniform blazer around his body, hoping to lessen the sudden coldness he was experiencing. Bless me, he thought. Leaning on one of the pillars standing firmly on the main campus ground, he still waited there for somebody - his kouhai. He took out his mobile phone, taking note of the time. It's already ten minutes late, where is she?

"Whoa, Fai-senpai, I never thought you do like mobile chatting."

Huh? He then glanced to his right, quite surprised to see the cute female student he was waiting for. He put back the device into his pocket and wrapped his right arm around her shoulders. The girl obviously shocked by her senior's action. "Se- Senpai?"

"I never liked 'net chatting before and now... And why are you late?" he casually spoke to her. "Something happened, Kagura?"

Hello there after so much neglecting my precious 'blogg'. Well duh, my life is still in a mess at this time.

Events occured:

- Going to SMSO and get a helluva of 'raging' orientation, nevertheless I liked it.

- Three (long...) days after that, received information that the transfer was a success. But hey, the letter said the transfer was successful a week before school had started, not three days after that!

- And in the afternoon of the same day, my sis and I zoomed to MD with our belongings, registered ourselves there with the teachers in a hurry-panic situation, quickly got accepted in respective dorms, and wala~ instant distant-living away from home sweet home.

- The next day after that (Thursday), early wake-up, early to school, early to Admin Block, early to settle confusing matters. The day was very long, it was like three days squeezed into one. Paid the total registration fee of whooping B$190 (for me, B$50 is a lot already) to the respective BE tutors (a.k.a. the 'homeroom' teachers) of my sister and I. The cost covered our school fees, ECAs, sports shirts, bags, orientation folders, etc. Then after that was orientation talk, which I considered counterproductive when compared to SMSO's orientation. And yeah, that day was also MD's last orientation. Lackluster beginning I guess.

- Lunch gone past after 12 noon, and dinner gone by at 17.45. Then a mass Maghrib prayer at the dorm's surau with the other BEs and AEs. Further orientation for the hostelites went on and then gone to sleep raw, that is, without mattress and pillow. Just plastic sheet cover.

- Friday was just as usual as any other high school dorms in Brunei. We had our Friday prayer at the Jangsak mosque. Later in the afternoon most of the hostelites went to the Mall. End of dorms' orientation.

- Saturday, the first day of real school day. Luckily I was experienced enough to know the block system (thanks SMSO) but then, the college is very large. Most of the classes are situated in the two-storeys, huge figure-8 building. Lost and confusion were common for the new students during that day. Again, that single day felt very long. Went home and then back again on Sunday afternoon due to Maulidur Rasul the next day. Then went home again for the prize presentation on Tuesday and went back to MD AGAIN in the same afternoon. Tiring.

- The few school days went on with most BEs saying "What do you want to apply?", "Kau jadi 'Waidep' (YDP, hehe) eh!", "Interested in prefects?", etc. Unfortunately, the hostelites needed at least two MPs. Therefore, I chose to take MP role of YDP (very ambitious thinking indeed, for I who originally wanted to take the role of IT-P prefect). And yes, there's kendo for ECA.

- Midnight of Friday/Saturday. The legend has it that there are many traditions of MD's dorms that had been passed from one generation to the next. I was caught off-guard by it - the tradition of compound-ing. Definition: BEs stand in the middle of the centre-hollowed building, while the AEs trampling from above and shutting the BEs off with all kinds of harsh statements. Pretty hectic I can say, 'cause I cried of feeling guilty. Ahem, no mistake. I CRIED while apologizing to the AEs. Ah, such cruelty of primitive origin. Saturday's morning was normal (with some quiet calamity raging in the hearts of people affected by it), until midnoon - where I caused another 'stupid' commotion. Gee, I never thought that my heart and emotions can be wavered very easily. Tears came out (again, what kind of man am I?). The 'Brothers' came into my room, and I was 'comforted'. Kinda embarassing when I think about it again. Last but not least, I skipped my very first ECA of the year - kendo. BUT I ACTUALLY DON'T WANT TO! IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF THAT *&^%$#@! TRADITION!

- After most (not all) disputes were settled, another week (the final week of the term) struck by normally. Intereviews were held, futsal tournaments were played, and the X-Files were told. Sure - nervous, tiring and creepy.

- And so to this day. My SE W850i is quite hopeless right now, malfunctioning every now and then, hence the delay of precious updates. I just NEED a new mobile phone...

Wandering around cluelessly in the city, he then encounters Kagura, a well-known singer whom Fai admires. Yo there.

Since only two papers left (Chemistry 1 and 2, both on upcoming Monday next week), I want to type lots and LOTS of text. (Only if I survive the 'typing')

First of all - the Add. Maths 2 paper my friends and I had this morning. Honestly I want to say that it was much easier than the first paper - and I'm confident that I may get grade 3 or possibly 2 for my Paper 2. I don't know about overall papers though, the results may be worst than expected. Let's hope that will not happen. Amin.

But still, the fear of not getting what I 'should' achieve is still dwelling in my thoughts. I admit that [I REALLY DON'T STUDY] during these 'O' Level days, therefore leading to being haunted by 'that' thought, but I don't want it to ruin my freedom and holidays when the exams are over. Deserve or not to deserve...

I don't want to think about it anymore. Let's move forward.

*Sigh* Mock exams were finally over (except practicals, but it's a relief anyway) and I judged that my overall results will 'somehow' drop down drastically. Pure science subjects: Physics, chemistry and biology; I'm sorry to say that I may flunk in one or two of the papers.

I feel it's not like me to flunk in my studies. I need to change this kind of attitude of thinking 'O' Level is still far away. It's less than two months to the real examination. Unholy crap. Luckily, there's 'group study' to help me.

Uhm? The cam shot above is just myself listening to trance music. Don't worry about my face expression, I'm enjoying it actually.

So, for the current news, here there are:

#1: I'm in EXAM histeria! Can somebody kick my ass?! I need that exam mood!

#2: Melbourne shuffle; ah... The pleasure~ It's like a drug to me now... no, like FOOD! I love to eat!

#3: Dub, dub, dub~ The feel of soft trance music... Oh no, my legs are catching the beats! Stop them!

#4: How should I put it...? No, I don't forsake my passion of writing to Melbourne shuffle. I'm still active at it (moderately...), working on my latest project; SHUFFLE//ADDICTED - a first-person story that involves Faiz (yay, I'm inside!) as the main character. It is a 'shounen' type of fiction - it is fully-loaded with adrenaline rush and head-banging bass of Melbourne shuffle. Hmm, nice mix of hobbies~

Haha. The above just for light entertainment. No offence. XD

Why 004.5? Well, I just want to post another 'post' instead of editing my original '004' post. And also this one is pretty much in depth.

Looking back 3+ weeks ago, Melbourne shuffle just started to root itself inside my thoughtless mind (no, I'm not really that 'thoughtless') when I discovered the running man on my own out of pure curiosity (and my SE too). I never thought that the night later I would find myself scanning through YouTube in search of 'real' Melbourne shuffle. And hell yeah, the videos did blew the crap outta my head. At that same night too, I downloaded a video on shuffle tutorial (in case you're wondering, it was xnatex's tutorial video) and the tutorial was VERY complete.

Hence, the next day and forth and so on, the Melbourne shuffle becomes a part of my daily life.

The first time I had my shuffle practise, I was sweating a lot (well, I still sweat a lot when I'm my practise) and was exhausted physically and mentally. Also yeah, I recorded a video of myself practising half-naked with the Crazy Frog Song. It was hilarious when I watched that video back.

A week after that, I started to opt for another option which might benefit me (and it did), which was to introduce myself to my friends who had been shuffling for months (they do hardstyle, of course). It surprised them (a little bit...) when I told them that I do Melbourne shuffle. Being great friends they are, they give me support and tips whenever I'm with them.

Having listening to techno and trance for 2+ weeks, I noticed that most of the songs I'm hearing were actually the 'hardstyle' genre, which I listened during my practises. I thought I would only do the authentic Melbourne shuffle (cause doing hardstyle was tiring), but a week later, it's time to break the barrier. I'm going 'hardstyle'.
